Hey, we all screw up from time to time, but I think we can categorize these mistakes as EPIC FAILS…you’ll see what I mean in just a minute…

I can understand little mistakes here and there, but these are totally on a different level. In fact, you might even cringe when you look at these…and you might feel sorry for these folks AND wonder if they still have these jobs…
