It’s a fact of life that people all over the world see American movies all the time. And, as you know, we tend to put out a lot of movies about what high school kids go through here in the United States.

So I guess it shouldn’t surprise us that folks from other countries definitely have some questions about what it’s really like to go to school here…and whether some of the things portrayed in movies and TV shows really happen.

Here is a collection of funny tweets from non-Americans with questions about what the heck is going on over here in our high schools.

Let’s take a look.

1. You better believe it!

You have a lot to learn, buddy.

2. I can see how this would be weird.

Let me see your hall pass.

3. It is madness.

And I’ve always said that.

4. You don’t have lockers where you’re from?

Now I’m confused.

5. The wheels on the bus go round and round.

I have many memories of the bus…not many of them were good.

6. Don’t ask dumb questions!

Actually, I have no idea. Good question…

7. I’ve never seen a fishing club.

But I’m sure they exist.

8. The kids gotta eat!

What kind of a question is that!

9. Used to be, at least.

That was always a bad day to be in school.

10. The American Way.

11. No, we’re not healthy!

Now we want to hear from more non-Americans out there.

Please and thank you!
