We can all think of some companies whose business practices we don’t agree with. But for Swedish designer Viktor Hertz, corporate tomfoolery was a source of artistic inspiration. He’s the man behind Honest Logos, a satirical project that reimagines iconic logos if companies were, well, honest.
Viktor recreates logos by redesigning their graphical elements, then changing the company name to a more truthful version. “I just love the process of trying to find the best possible words, ones that either rhyme or look the same visually as the original,” he told Bored Panda. “It’s sometimes hard and takes a long time to scroll through possible words, but sometimes it just takes a few minutes to get idea. This is my favorite part of the whole process; it’s like a jigsaw puzzle, looking for the correct pieces.”
We’ve covered Viktor’s work before, and now he’s back with 15 more brutally honest logos.
