The pet craze might seem like a recent phenomenon, but as today’s collection of vintage holiday cards shows, it goes back decades . Originally compiled by our friend Robert E. Jackson and shared by the estimable folks over at Flashbak, this gallery proves that people have always gone a little overboard with their pets.
