Oh, boy…it sure seems like the parents out there really aren’t getting the hang of this distance learning thing, are they?
They’re giving it their best shot, but it’s a lot to deal with and they’re stressed AND there’s nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.
So let’s try to give them a little break, okay?
Parents with kids at home, these posts are for you.
1. A tsunami is coming!
For parents, at least…
2. It’s time to improvise.
Today I’ll be teaching you from my shower.
3. What did you just say?
I don’t think that sounds like a good idea.
4. V is for Vodka!
Parents, does this look familiar?
5. It sounded okay at first.
And then it quickly went downhill.
6. This kid sounds like a smart one.
He’s learning some pretty important lessons.
7. Heads up! Seven up!
I loved that game!
8. Just like the Bradys!
Isn’t this fun?!?! Kind of…?
9. Now they know…
Teachers put up with a lot.
10. Mom! You might want to leave the room.
Just a suggestion.
11. Where did I go wrong?
Parents are all learning these lessons the hard way.
12. You’re totally lost, aren’t you?
It’s okay! You’re not alone!
13. That escalated quickly.
Hang in there…
14. Get out your earplugs.
It’s about to get even worse.
I keep thinking life has hit rock bottom and then my kid's 8:15am remote school lesson is to practice and perfect Hot Cross Buns on the recorder

15. This is very important.
All kids should be able to enjoy it.
distance learning opens up the possibilities for all kids to watch price is right, not just the ones who are home sick for the day
