If you ever get a chance to take a cross-country road trip, one of the best parts of the experience is getting to stop off at some of America’s small towns. You’ll get to meet interesting people, try great food, and experience a place much different than your home town.
You might also get to giggle uncontrollably at the town’s name.
The real estate blog Estately has compiled a map and list of the weirdest town names in the US., and boy, are there a LOT of them. Some of the town names sound exceptionally dirty (Dickshooter, Idaho.) Others sound weird (Lick Skillet, Alabama.) Still others sound dirty and weird (Humptulips, Washington.) And some are just really uncreative (Nothing, Arizona.)
