A Mom Who Was Shamed for Letting Her 9-Year-Old Daughter Get Her Nose Pierced Went off on TikTok Followers

If there’s one thing that seems to get parents fired up, it’s what OTHER moms and dads are doing in regard to their kids.

And one mom’s video on TikTok got a lot of folks talking.

Meagan Black posted a video of her 9-year-old daughter on the social media platform that showed the young girl with a nose ring.

And some viewers were pretty fired up about it.

One person remarked, “OMG IS SHE 9 or 19, because why would a little girl get her nose pierced?”

And another viewer asked, “HOLD ON HOW OLD IS THAT CHILD TO HAVE A PIERCING?”

But one person said this is just normal kid stuff: “It’s not normal for kids to have piercings? When I was 9 I wanted one that I use a clip and shaped it to look like a nose piercing just me?😭😭.”

Black was taken aback by the negative comments and shared a response video where she pretended to play a tiny violin and asked in the caption, “But why is it just “so cute” when a 2 year old is wearing a crop top but y’all flip over a nose ring?”

One TikTokker responded,

“Probably h**ing cause their parents didn’t let them get one when they wanted, she looks so bada–!❤️.”

Another viewer said,

“It’s just a piercing like it’s not letting them get a full sleeve of tats it’s her kid not there’s if she has let her get that done that’s her choice.”

And a person commented,

“I mean she’s old enough to know whether or not she wants them plus it’s not like it’ll leave a huge scar?”
