Here are two truths: One, lots of people love carbs. Because we’re built that way! Two, carbs, and especially simple carbohydrates like white flour and table sugar, aren’t the healthiest diet option, because they cause weight gain.

These two truths are completely opposed to each other, and that’s caused carb-lovers, (myself included), endless frustration. But don’t fret! Because we’ve got a selection of jokes from your fellow bread fiends that’ll make you feel a bit less alone.
