I’ve worked in a couple of different restaurants and I worked on a food truck for a while so I have a pretty good idea of what restaurant workers go through.

You work your a** off, you sweat your a** off, and you get a lot of nonsense thrown your way every single day.

But it’s also a lot of fun and you (hopefully) become really good friends with your kitchen comrades because you’re dealing with a lot of stuff in a fast-paced environment.
