We all get a bad haircut once in a while, but the ones you’re about to see…they are on another level.
And you gotta think to yourself…what were these people thinking?!?!
Because these fresh cuts are downright depressing if I’m being honest. I guess the only thing we can really hope for is to think that these people were either celebrating Halloween or trying to horrify their friends and family members.
