No matter how old you get, you’re still your parents’ child. You may think you’ve outgrown the need to be parented, but a) you haven’t, and b) some part of your parents still sees you as the kiddo they brought home from the hospital. So if you’re grown-ass adult, and your Mom licks her thumb and tries to get that mustard off your face, at least you aren’t alone.
